Veganism, diabetes, and the ongoing search for a healthier lifestyle in today’s society were the key factors that inspired me to create Innocent Bites. Alongside my personal health journey dealing with prediabetes, I realized that the market lacked desserts suitable for diabetics. Additionally, I kept hearing from people struggling with diabetes-related health issues. That’s why Innocent Bites was created—to meet today’s demand for healthier, guilt-free treats.
Our Core Principles
✔️ We do not use conventional pastry flour but only oat and almond flour. ✔️ We do not use any dairy products. ✔️ We do not use any type of sugar (white refined, brown, coconut, etc.). ✔️ Instead of sugar, we use natural sweeteners and an organic low-glycemic sweetener, while our dark chocolate is sweetened with stevia. ✔️ Our key ingredients (such as eggs and almond milk) are organic.
OUR DESSERTS IN GENERAL
All have a low glycemic index, making them suitable for diabetics and those with blood sugar imbalances. Lower in calories than traditional sweets. Most are vegan-friendly. High in fiber content.
